Leo is the main protagonist of Project Yume ZERO. He is part rabbit and has powers that allow him to access the Dreamscape. Since he has no memories from before he was 8 years old, Leo uses the Dreamscape to enter people’s dreams for clues to his past. The empty hole in his heart leads him to believe that there is something out there that he needs to find, besides his lost memories.

Flo is the team’s technician and inventor. She ran away from home at a young age and found Leo shortly after that – the two have been together ever since. Flo’s mind is always racing with ideas for new inventions and ways to get herself into the Dreamscape. While she is a regular human, Flo’s vast intellect is a force to be reckoned with.

Alexandria Vulpine, who normally goes by Vulpine, is a lieutenant in the Dreamscape Task Force (DSTF). She leads the team that tries to detain Leo when he makes his Dreamscape runs. The DSTF is able to enter the Dreamscape through their own means. Vulpine takes every job she ever receives seriously and gets frustrated when her plans don’t work. While she follows the orders that are given to her, Vulpine always wants to know the reason behind them. Her current job makes her uneasy because there are too many unknown factors. Vulpine just wants to preserve the city’s way of life, mainly to keep the person she loves safe.
